Pilates Mat Work Classes:

Individual Pilates Sessions:

Jane’s individual Pilates classes provide one on one instruction to address general conditioning, stretching, injury rehabilitation, osteoporosis, post natal strengthening, and more.  In addition to Mat Work, the Reformer, Fit ball, Flexband, Magic Circle, and Weights are used.

The classes can be adapted for any age or level of fitness and experience.  For individual Pilates sessions, call Jane LoMonaco, 802-254-8377.

 

Pilates, a method of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, trains the mind, the breath and the body to work together to achieve overall fitness.  The Mat Work enhances strength, coordination, alignment, and efficiency of muscle control, focusing on “the core” of the body to promote freedom of movement in all activities.

These classes are appropriate for anyone who wants to incorporate more exercise into his or her life.

Embodyoga/Pilates

Develop strong, resilient muscles. Achieve and maintain a healthy back and toned abdominal muscles. find energy, release of tension and proper alignment using movement which flows from the body's center.

 

Each Embodyoga/Pilates class incorporates Pilates Mat Work and Yoga poses and ends with a guided relaxation —a perfect end to your busy day. Come stretch and strengthen your body while improving your general level of comfort and your performance in all activities.

Tuesdays: 5:30-7:00 PM
